Our goal is to raise $7,500. To reach this we are suggesting that each student try to sell a minimum of 6 boxes. This cookie dough is perfect for the holiday season and people often want to sample at least two flavours so it should only take up to an hour of campaigning (door-to-door, calling friends/family, etc.) to meet this goal.

Orders are due no later than October 30, 2026.

To help motivate our students and families to participate in the fundraiser, we are offering several exciting rewards based on number of boxes sold.

Top Seller Prizes:

• • The 1st top seller will receive a pair of Tin Can Phones (Wi-Fi ‘landline’ phones for kids).

  • The 2nd top seller will receive a Gift Basket containing $150 of cool stuff.

  • The 3rd top seller will receive a $100 Gift Card to the store of their choice.
    
    

Classroom Prize: The classroom with the most boxes sold will win a Pizza Party in December!

1. Contact family, friends, and neighbours and sell them some cookie dough. Record their orders on the order form provided and collect payment from them in the method of your choice. 

2. Calculate the total number of boxes sold for each type of cookie dough and enter the totals on the order form at the bottom of each column. Keep the order form until the cookies are delivered so you know who to deliver them to. 

3. Navigate to our online ordering page, enter your order totals, and pay for your order. 

4. Pickup your cookie dough order in the first week of December (exact date will be communicated closer to delivery) and distribute to those you sold cookie dough to.

There are 6 classic flavours of cookie dough, 3 premium flavours of cookie dough, and 2 varieties of squares. Please see the order form for full details of the available flavours.

• Cookie dough comes frozen and pre-portioned with 36 cookies per box. It can go right from the freezer to the oven with no thawing or scooping required. Classic flavours are $25 per box and premium flavours are $27 per box.

• Frozen squares come individually wrapped with 24 per box and can be simply thawed and served. One box of 24 squares is $29.

ALLERGY Information: All products are manufactured in a facility that also processes peanut and tree nut products on shared equipment. Incidental peanut and/or tree nut residues might be present.

Can I submit my order without using the online ordering page? If you are unable to use the online ordering page, please contact us at fundraising@sibbaldparents.ca to discuss alternative methods of submitting your order.

Can I pay with methods other than offered? If you are unable pay by credit card or pre-authorized debit on our online ordering page, then please contact us at fundraising@sibbaldparents.ca  to discuss alternative methods of payment.

Can I combine multiple student orders? Families with more than one student in the school should submit one order per student.

Can my cookie dough buyers send payment to you directly? No, you are responsible for collecting payment from those you sell cookie dough to. You will then send us a single payment for all cookie dough sold when submitting the order through our online ordering page. 

Do you deliver the cookies to my cookie dough buyers? No, you will be responsible for collecting your total order from the school on delivery day and then distributing the cookies dough to your buyers. 

Can I or my buyers donate to ASPA in lieu of ordering cookies? Yes, please collect cash-only donations (and keep track of them) and when submitting your order on our online ordering page you can enter cash-only donations in the Add a donation field. Donated amounts will not count towards top-seller prizes. 

Can I volunteer to help with the fundraiser? Absolutely! We will need 10-12 volunteers for delivery day plus a few for the pizza party with many commitments being only 1-2 hours. If you would like to help, then keep your eyes on the weekly school emails for messages from ASPA regarding volunteer signup opportunities. 

What is the Andrew Sibbald Parent Association (ASPA)? We are an association run by parent volunteers that raises funds for the school with the objective of providing equipment and services to enhance recreational and educational experiences for the students.
